Most orders are shipped within two to five business days after we receive them - except for the Face to Face and Vintage Paris series, which are print-on-demand and take a little longer, usually seven to ten business days.
We ship all items via Federal Express Ground. The average delivery time is five to seven business days, however faster shipping services are available at additional cost. Please use your street address as the shipping address, since FedEx cannot ship to a P.O. box.
Returns must be pre-approved by contacting us within two weeks of receiving your order. Upon receipt of returned mechandise in an undamaged and resalable condition, a refund will be issued, or replacement merchandise will be sent.
